Appointment Policy 

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so via the online booking system at least 48 hours in advance. This allows the appointment to be offered to another client.

 

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

 

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will incur a charge of 75% of the treatment cost, unless the appointment can be filled.

 

Any outstanding cancellation fees must be settled in full before further appointments can be booked.
