Appointment, Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy 

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients, I kindly ask that you review and respect the following policy when booking.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so via the online booking system at least 48 hours in advance. This allows the appointment to be offered to another client.

    •    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

    •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will incur a charge of 75% of the treatment cost.

Any outstanding cancellation fees must be settled in full before further appointments can be booked.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. In these circumstances, the full treatment price will still apply.

Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly, at my discretion.

 

Booking Agreement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
