These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, bookings and services provided by Beauty Business. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Appointments and Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the correct treatment is booked and that sufficient time is allowed for the appointment.
2. Cancellations/Missed Appointments

Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before any future appointments can be booked.
3. Consultations and Client Responsibility
A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, skin conditions, medications and any other relevant health information.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability and results.
Beauty Business reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
4. Treatment Results
All treatments are carried out with the utmost care and professionalism. However, results may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
No refunds are given based on dissatisfaction with treatment results where the treatment has been carried out correctly and safely.
5. Medical and Sensitive Information
Some treatments may require the collection of sensitive personal data relating to health or skin conditions. This information is treated with strict confidentiality and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Gift vouchers and promotional offers are subject to their own terms and expiry dates.
7. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expiry dates will be stated at the time of purchase and must be adhered to.
8. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delays to other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply.
9. Children and Accompanied Guests
For safety and insurance reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment rooms.
10. Liability
Beauty Business will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions where clients have failed to disclose relevant medical or skin information.
Clients follow all aftercare advice at their own discretion. Beauty Business accepts no liability for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
